Samuel A Love
Samuel A Love (AKA Samuel Barnett) is an educator, artist, and community organizer based in Gary. He holds a B.A. in History from Indiana University Northwest, an M.A. in History from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and teaches American Government and Political Science at Westwood College Chicago Loop. He was a keyholder at Mess Hall (www.messhall.org), an experimental cultural center in Chicago, was a core member of the independent magazine AREA Chicago (www.areachicago.org). In Gary he helps organize art and educational projects with the Central District Organizing Project. He is excited to help promote and document volunteer work at Shirley Heinze Land Trust.
Kelly Walsh earned a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Biology from Indiana University Bloomington and is currently pursuing a J.D. at the Penn State University Dickinson School of Law. Kelly is serving as an intern with Shirley Heinze Land Trust during the summer of 2013 and assisting with the preparation of Affidavits of Survivorship, Affidavits of Heirship, and Quitclaim Deeds
