~MYSTERY DINNER~
MYSTERY DINNER FOR 8 – EVEN WE ARE ON THE EDGE OF OUR SEATS FOR THIS ONE!
At an agreed upon hour, a limousine will show up at your door to transport you and your
friends (total: 8 persons) to a “Mystery Home” located in Northwest Indiana for a sumptuous
dinner and fine wine. This romantic evening will be a feast for your eyes and an epicurean
delight.
This package is good through 2011:
- Dinner for eight will be held in an architecturally and environmentally unique
home. The house is filled with fascinating art depicting the travels and
interest of the owners. The house has been featured in many magazines
including Lake and Shore and highlighted in several house tours.
- The meal will be prepared by Chef Joe Scartozzi of Scartozzi’s Tratorria near Long
Beach, Indiana. He specializes in Italian dishes and is a graduate of the
Le Cordon Bleu Culinary College in Orlando, Florida. Whether it is Italian
or American, everything Joe cooks has great flavor and style. Since opening
in 2009, Joe and his mother have developed a group of very loyal customers.
- The limousine service will pick you up and bring you back home in the Northwest
Indiana area and is subject to availability.
- The date of this event must be agreeable to the hosts and chef as well as the
auction winner.
- Friday and Saturday nights are not available during July or August.
The annual benefit is a celebration of the accomplishments of Shirley Heinze Land Trust
and serves as a key source of support for land acquisition and restoration programs. Since
1981, Shirley Heinze Land Trust has protected, preserved and restored ecologically significant
